Jane Holroyd
Pensions Solicitor
Jane qualified as a Solicitor in Commercial Property in 2014 and has over 10 years experience of dealing with property transactions.
She specialises in dealing with commercial property for SIPP and SSAS pension trustees including acquisitions, sales, lettings, mortgaging (including SSAS loan backs) and in-specie transfers of commercial property investments.
Jane works closely with IFAs, pension trustees and private investors both locally and nationally on all commercial property aspects of SIPPSs and SSASs ensuring that the trustee’s requirements can be put into practice within the timescales required.

Laura Smith
Pensions Solicitor
Laura Smith set up The Pensions Lawyer Limited following her previous position as Partner at Ramsdens Solicitors where she was Head of Department. Her roll enabled her to gain a wealth of experience working with national SIPP and SSAS pensions providers and scheme administrators. Laura specialised in Commercial Property law on qualification at Manchester based firm Slater Heelis after training in a niche London commercial firm.
Laura has a passion for providing excellent customer service and high quality work. She believes that Pensions Law requires a dedication and commitment to work closely with clients, their financial planners and advisers, to put into practice the schemes requirement with expertise and efficiency.
Laura also holds her own trustee position for a local charity and enjoys spending time looking after her young family and running marathons!

Georgina Wilbraham
Paralegal
Georgina is a Paralegal in the Commercial Property team. She has over 10 years’ experience dealing with property transactions.
She is a CILEX Member – Paralegal, and assists the department with various transactions such as in-specie transfers and preparing commercial leases. She also deals with property sales, purchases and secured lending.
Georgina enjoys working closely with SIPP and SSAS pension providers and scheme administrators, to ensure their requirements can be achieved.
